I am passionate about dissecting host-pathogen interactions; it’s fascinating how a pathogen can take control of its host. My research in the Glab aims to uncover the molecular mechanisms behind how exactly our favorite virus, KSHV, may steal a host transcription factor for its gain. When I’m not in the lab, you can find me reading nonfiction at a coffee shop, knitting a blanket on a cozy night in, or traveling with friends and family.
