My research focuses on RNA Polymerase II depletion during gammaherpesvirus infection and its consequences for host and viral gene regulation. I’m broadly interested in nucleic acid regulation and how gene expression is impacted by DNA structural features, so it’s great to work with the herpesvirus system in the GLab!
